Who operates this website
This website is operated by Synapse Innovative Solutions Ltd.. For questions about the website or this notice, contact info@synapseinnovative.com.
Project enquiries and email drafts
The contact form asks for a name, email address, an optional organisation and a description of your enquiry. The website uses these details in your browser to prepare an email draft or a downloadable text brief. It does not submit the form to a Synapse enquiry server or save its contents in browser storage.
When you choose Prepare Email, your email application receives the draft. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider’s own privacy practices apply, and information you send by email will be available to the recipients handling your enquiry. Please provide only the information needed to start a business conversation and leave out confidential records, identity documents and sensitive personal information.
Demonstrations
The knowledge retrieval demonstration uses fictional documents supplied with the website. Queries are processed in your browser and are not sent to a model provider, stored as a search history or used to train an AI system. The demonstration does not ask you to upload documents.
Website delivery and logs
Loading a website necessarily shares connection information, such as an IP address and browser request details, with the hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may keep routine access and security logs. This application does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or an enquiry database.
Fonts, images and demonstration content are served with the site. The application does not set advertising cookies or use local storage for the contact form or knowledge demonstration.
External destinations
Links to publications or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Opening a prefilled email also uses a separate application. A link does not give those services access to unsent form details unless you choose the email-draft action.
Questions and requests
You can ask what information you have shared with us, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@synapseinnovative.com. Include enough context to identify the conversation, without sending additional sensitive records.
